The Colorado Division of Labor recently issued an Emergency Wage Order to incorporate new minimum wage rates required by the passage of Amendment 42. The Emergency Wage Order, associated poster, and general information on Amendment 42 are available at the Division's website:

nada to re-launch its flagship web site Today, NADA will re-launch its flagship Web site, www.nada.org. The new site will be available by noon, Eastern Time.
This is a significant milestone in NADA's online communications program. NADA has spent months rebuilding the site from the ground up on a new technology platform to support the continued growth of NADA's Internet presence. A project team, consisting of staff from the NADA Public Affairs and Information Technology departments, along with outside technology vendors and consultants, planned and executed this large-scale project.
Keep in mind as you visit the site that this is a "soft launch," which means that we are not yet announcing it to the general membership. Some tweaks to the site are still being made.
The new-and-improved site includes:
An official announcement of the Web site re-launch will be made to the rest of the membership on Monday, January 22. The new site will also be the subject of a feature article in the February issue of NADA's AutoExec magazine and will be prominently featured at the upcoming convention in Las Vegas.
